Terms of service

1. The service

seo-programático is a dashboard and a connector for assistants (Claude, ChatGPT) to measure and improve your site's SEO: first-party measurement of visits and conversions, conversion goals, tasks and calendar, competitor tracking, diagnostics (opportunities, scoring, indexing, performance and page health) and a monthly analysis written with artificial intelligence.

There is a free tier (Free) with basic features and paid plans (Growth Starter, Auto Growth, Growth Sprint and Growth Retainer) with more features; some include a trial. The scope and price of each plan are stated when you subscribe.

Google is always read in read-only mode: we change nothing in your Google account. Some dashboard and connector tools do change settings inside SEO Programático when you ask (for example creating or archiving goals, saving search captures or notes about competitors, or closing tasks). None of them touches your site.

2. Your account and activation

Sign-up is self-service and we approve the activation of measurement (it keeps the network clean). You may only register sites you own or are authorized to measure. You are responsible for your sign-in email; sign-in links expire after 15 minutes.

3. Acceptable use

Not allowed: measuring third-party sites without authorization, attempting to access other customers' data, overloading or abusing the API, or storing sensitive personal data in the site memory, notes or tasks. We may pause accounts that abuse the service.

4. Data

Data processing is described in the privacy policy. If you install the code on your site, you are responsible for informing your visitors about the measurement under the rules that apply to you; we act as a processor under your instructions and will sign a DPA if you need one.

Analyses, diagnostics and plans are partly produced by artificial intelligence: they are recommendations, not guarantees, and you should review them before acting on them.

5. Availability and warranties

The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability or ranking results: we measure and help you decide, but Google and the AIs decide on their own. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

6. Leaving

You can leave at any time: remove the code from your site, disconnect the connector and Google, and ask us to delete your data (executed under the retention declared in the privacy policy).

7. Changes and contact
